Howdy!
Here's a little about me.
As a kid I attended summer camp and one fall day during a spout of the "post camp blues" I drew my dream camp on spare poster board. That was my introduction to design and I haven't stopped since.
In undergrad I studied New Media Arts, but fell in love with User Experience Design after taking a class on Usability Testing. I attended Georgia Tech and gained a Master's in Human Computer Interaction to further my knowledge.
I currently work at The Home Depot as a Staff UX Designer. I get the privilege to partner with smart people and think up retail strategy for the in store experience at The Home Depot.
I just wrapped up teaching part time at Kennesaw State University in their Interactive Design Department. I created weekly course curriculum, lectured, and guided students through their early career milestones. A few fun full circle moments have happened and now I get to mentor my previous sudents at The Home Depot!
When I'm not designing you can find me running on the Beltline in Atlanta, trying a new restaurant, or hanging out with my dog!
